Now I lay me down to rest
Upon this earths gentle breast
Beneath the warmth of fallen leaves
The gentle snows to nourish me
For beauty forth shall I bring
In the warmth of dew kissed spring.

Every year I take my my geraniums, pot them & put them in the garage where Harold installed a lighting system. I can't bear to throw away any plant I can save ...
so this year I thought
I'd give the hanging baskets a whirl & see if they endure ...
holding over ...
anyone tried to hold petunias over?
the geraniums I love most ...
are my pinks & ...
shrimp/salmon colored ones ...
& I fondly remember the beauty of summer now past ...
little Miss Primrose is taking her last peek ...
as autumn peaks around the corner to greet us ...
we had this new interesting visitor amongst the florals this year ...
all the new grasses we put in came thru beautifully surrounded by the red of the dogwood leaves ...
Frisky greets us every morning to make SURE we've filled the bird feeders ...
the dew kissed morns are no more ...
frosty has had his nip ...
the dogwood seeds nestle in for the winter ...
the morning 'bird clatch' have their daily gathering for a community bath & lots of chatter ...
the colorful leaves blow & whirl gently in the breeze ...
Saturday we will post our giveaways ... they will take place for (4) weeks, ending on Tuedays so you will have your gifts before Christmas. With each gift you will receive a 'surprise' gift ...
Pink Saturday will be our first post ... pop by for a peek. All you have to do is leave a comment, no other unnecessary requirements needed.
Have a beautiful autumn day.
