Our master bath was originally 2 separate areas so we knocked out the wall to adjoin into a larger more attractive room The walls are a very soft shrimpy pale pink.
HELP BEAT CANCER! This is cancer awareness month.
The lights are actually lamp shades that Donny @ Brass & Copper Shop in Frederick, MD created for us.
The beautiful beaded & embroidered soft creamy curtains I am using over the windows & the shower are from BBBeyond.
I took a curtain panel & draped it over the window,
puddling the curtains in front of the shower
This border extends into our master suite
The vanity is new, I love the twist trim
How it opens up the room, gives depth &
light into the vanity area, is fabulous
The sewing box was mine that I had my
precious friend Celeste @ http://larearose.blogspot.com/
paint. Isn't it just dreamy? She sure
has that touch for roses, doesn't she!
The old salad jar was inspired for me to
create after viewing all the beauties that
my sweet friend Sandi creates @ http://waysidetreasures-sandi.blogspot.com/
most elegant romantic doors, ever. This is Provence.
It allows openess, light & beauty to extend between the
master bath & suite.
I love to just go sit up there & LOOK at this door & the
changes ...
The mirror I found in my friend Judy's antique shop.
Judy owns the Westminster Antique Mall, Westminter, MD.
I saw it & said 'THAT'S mine, where's Judy!' She gave me a fabulous 'deal' on this beauty.
A closer look at the beading & embroidery on the
curtains ...
I didn't know what to put on this wall & remembered I had this thrown on the freezer from when we closed down all our shops ... it blended beautifully!
These pictures are not expensive yet added a feminine touch ... & of course, one has red-hair ... had to do that.
It all pulled together ...
There's that red-haired lovely!
A touch of 'pretty' for the closet door ...
This has surpassed even my wildest dreams of what I could create in these 2 rooms, coming together ...
What do you think ...
Still have to have a silhouette here & there ... she was a perfect fit for the room ...
The vegetable dish had a broken lid, but she sits beautifully on the cake stand ... love the sweet delicate roses.
Thank you for joining me on PINK SATURDAY.
